On-Premises Deployment

All data processing occurs within your infrastructure. We have no access to your log data, metrics, or alerts unless you explicitly share access for support purposes.

Cloud-Hosted Deployment

Data is processed in our secure infrastructure:

• EU data processing (Frankfurt region)
• Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest
• No plaintext secrets or credentials stored
• Only semantic metadata retained for analysis
