Pricing

Logystera pricing scales with the platform you monitor. CMS integrations (WordPress, Drupal) are per-site; infrastructure integrations (Vault) scale with event volume.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a "site"?

For CMS pricing, a site is a single WordPress or Drupal installation identified by its base URL. A multisite network counts each subsite individually. You can register sites from your dashboard without contacting us.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period, no minimum commitment. Annual plans cancel at renewal. You keep access through the end of the paid period.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

You receive a notification and have a 14-day grace period to upgrade. We never cut off data ingestion without warning — evidence-loss is treated as a bug.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing saves roughly 15% on CMS plans and is standard for Enterprise and Vault engagements. Invoicing on net-30 terms is available on request.

Is there a free tier?

WordPress has a free tier for a single site with core metrics and one alert rule. Drupal and Vault do not have free tiers — the engineering work to monitor them properly is higher, so we do not charge $0 for it.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1). Encrypted in transit and at rest. Dedicated or self-hosted deployments are available at the Enterprise tier for regulated environments.
