These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Logystera platform and services.
Service Description
Logystera provides a real-time log intelligence platform for JSON audit logs. The service includes:
- Log ingestion and processing via API Gateway or on-premises agent
- Metric extraction and rule evaluation
- Prometheus-compatible metrics export
- Alert delivery (email, webhook, Slack)
- Multi-tenant isolation and management
Service Level Agreement
Cloud-Hosted SLA
- Starter: 99.0% monthly uptime
- Professional: 99.5% monthly uptime
- Enterprise: 99.9% monthly uptime
On-Premises
Uptime is determined by your infrastructure. We provide support per your support agreement.
Data Ownership
- You retain full ownership of all data you send to Logystera
- We process data only as instructed by your configuration
- On-premises: All data stays in your infrastructure
- Cloud-hosted: Data processed in EU (Frankfurt) region only
- We do not sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than providing the service
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the platform
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Exceed your tier limits without authorization
- Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Intentionally degrade service performance for other tenants
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
- Cloud-hosted: Data exported within 30 days, then deleted
- On-premises: License deactivated, software returned
- Prepaid amounts are non-refundable after 14-day cooling-off period
