Standard pricing, but we do more than take your invoice. Founding customers get a 3-year rate lock, a named product team contact, early access to new features, and optional (with permission) logo placement on our customer page.

Not a discount — a partnership. We are looking for teams who want to shape how log intelligence for Drupal evolves.

Drupal pricing questions

What counts as a site?

One site = one domain you install the module on. All subdomains and subdirectories under that domain count as the same site (so blog.example.com, shop.example.com and example.com/store are one site if theyre on the same module install).

Drupal multisite setups are different: each subsite runs its own module install and generates its own event stream, so each subsite counts as one site for billing. Contact us for multi-site networks — we have flat-rate options.

Do you offer multi-year agreements?

Yes. Two-year agreements typically trade a fixed discount for rate lock; three-year agreements are standard for Enterprise and Government and include a named engineer. Contact us for specifics.

Is a DPA available?

Yes. Our standard DPA ships with every paid tier. Custom DPAs and MSAs are supported under the Enterprise tier; EU-specific terms (GDPR Art. 28, SCCs) are in place by default since data is in Frankfurt.

Can I keep data in the EU only?

All data is stored in Frankfurt (eu-central-1) by default for every tier. Dedicated single-region deployments and other residency options are available at Enterprise.

How does this compare to Acquia Insights?

Insights is a performance and SEO product bundled with Acquia hosting. Logystera is a log-based failure detection engine that works with any Drupal host — on or off Acquia. Different scope, different price model.

Can we pilot before committing?

Yes. A 30-day pilot on one production site is standard before any multi-site rollout. We provision API keys, help configure alert thresholds, and run a review at the end. No charge during the pilot.
